Penguin Ship updates are matched to each member by checkout email and sent straight to their DMs: checked out (with product, quantity and price), shipped, out for delivery, delivered, delayed and canceled.
PAS calculation
Set a Pay After Success price per product. Every checkout adds to what a member owes, cancellations take it back off, and balances are always up to date.
Automatic invoices
Members who owe get an invoice with your payment info (PayPal, Cash App, Zelle, Venmo) in their ticket every day at 12 PM Eastern, or whenever staff run /sendoutinvoices.
SKU product panel
Members pick a category, retailer and set, tick the products they want and get a clean SKU list. Staff copy any member's SKUs in one line.
Your data stays yours
Every server gets its own private database. Other VYNTEX servers can never see your members, prices or payments.

What is VYNTEX?
VYNTEX is a Discord bot that automates the boring parts of running an ACO (automated checkout) service: order tracking DMs, PAS calculation and invoices, and SKU product panels. One bot serves many servers, each fully separate.
How much does it cost?
$100 per month per Discord server when you pay by Zelle. Paying with crypto is $110 per month because of a 10% processing fee. There are no setup fees.
How do I pay?
Log in on the website and choose Zelle or crypto. Crypto is processed by NOWPayments and your license is issued automatically once the payment is confirmed. For Zelle you send the exact amount with your invoice number in the memo, press "I've sent the payment", and a team member verifies it and approves your license.
How long does Zelle verification take?
Pressing "I've sent the payment" does not issue a license by itself. A team member checks the payment and approves it, usually within a few hours. If it takes longer, open a ticket with your invoice number.
How do I activate my license?
Invite the bot to your server, then a server admin runs /activate and pastes the license key from the website dashboard. One license works for exactly one server.
Can I use one license on several servers?
No. One license covers one Discord server. Buy one license per server.
How does renewal work?
Each payment adds 30 days. Renew from your dashboard and the same key keeps working; time is added to whatever you have left. You get reminders 7, 3 and 1 day before it expires.
What happens if my license expires?
The automation pauses and commands show a renewal message, but nothing is deleted. Renew and everything picks up where it left off.
Does it work with Penguin Ship?
Yes. The bot reads the Penguin Ship order status messages in the channel you choose (including the spoiler text), and matches each order to a member by the email linked to their Discord account.
How do members get tracking updates?
Staff link each member's checkout email with /linkemail. After that, every update for that email is sent to the member by DM, even when one email has several orders.
How does PAS work?
You set a price per product with /setpas. When an order checks out, the member owes that price for each unit. Cancellations lower the balance. Staff mark payments with /paspaid after confirming the money arrived.
Is my data safe from other servers?
Yes. Every server has its own separate database file. Servers cannot see each other's data.
Do you offer refunds?
Payments are for a month of service. If something went wrong with a payment (wrong amount, double payment), open a ticket with your invoice number and we will sort it out.
How do I get help?
Ask the AI assistant in the AI support channel or on the website, or open a ticket in the Discord server for anything about payments or your account.
